    Travel philosophy:

Your travel philosophy is personal, but it likely revolves around discovery, growth, and connection. People travel for different reasons—some seek adventure, others want to understand different cultures, and many do it for personal transformation.

For you, it might be about:

    • Freedom – Breaking free from routine and experiencing life on your own terms.
    • Perspective – Seeing the world through different lenses and learning from diverse cultures.
    • Self-Discovery – Finding yourself in unfamiliar places, outside your comfort zone.
    • Stories & People – Meeting people, hearing their stories, and creating your own.
    • Appreciation – Realizing how vast and beautiful the world is, and how small we are in it

Lessons I have learned from travelling:

Travel has a way of teaching us lessons that no classroom ever could. Some of the biggest takeaways include:

    1. Adaptability is Everything

Plans will change. Buses will be late. Flights will be canceled. Learning to go with the flow and embrace uncertainty makes the journey much smoother.

    2. People Are More Alike Than Different

Despite different languages, cultures, and lifestyles, human emotions and aspirations are universal. Kindness and a smile go a long way, no matter where you are.

    3. Experiences Matter More Than Things

The best memories come from moments—watching a sunrise over the mountains, sharing a meal with strangers, or getting lost in a new city—not from souvenirs.

    4. Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone Leads to Growth

Trying new foods, navigating unfamiliar streets, or striking up conversations with strangers—these challenges build confidence and resilience.

    5. Less is More

You don’t need much to be happy. A backpack, good company, and an open mind can be more valuable than any material possessions.

    6. The World is Both Big and Small

There’s so much to explore, yet travel also reveals surprising connections—randomly meeting someone from your hometown on the other side of the world proves how interconnected we all are.

    7. Gratitude for Home

Seeing different ways of life makes you appreciate what you have, whether it’s access to clean water, a supportive community, or simply the comfort of your own bed.

how I stay fit while travelling:

Staying fit while traveling can be challenging, but it’s totally doable with a little creativity and consistency. Here are some ways to stay active on the road:

    1. Walk Everywhere

Skip taxis and public transport when possible—exploring a city on foot is not only great exercise but also the best way to discover hidden gems.

    2. Bodyweight Workouts

No gym? No problem. Do push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks in your hotel room, hostel, or even at the beach.

    3. Use Resistance Bands

They’re lightweight, take up almost no space in your luggage, and can help with strength training anywhere.

    4. Outdoor Activities

Hiking, swimming, surfing, biking, or even just running on the beach—take advantage of the natural environment around you.

    5. Yoga & Stretching

Helps with mobility and relaxation, especially after long flights or bus rides. You don’t even need a mat—just a towel or soft surface.

    6. Choose Active Experiences

Go for walking tours, rent a bike instead of a scooter, or try adventure sports like kayaking, rock climbing, or skiing, depending on where you are.

    7. Smart Food Choices

It’s easy to indulge while traveling, and that’s fine! Just balance it out with fresh, whole foods when possible. Look for local fruits, veggies, and protein-rich meals.

    8. Stay Hydrated

Dehydration can drain your energy and make workouts harder. Carry a reusable water bottle and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    9. Hotel/Airbnb Gyms

If your accommodation has a gym, take advantage of it—even a short session can help you stay in shape.

    10. Consistency Over Perfection

You won’t always have a perfect routine, and that’s okay! Doing something is better than nothing, even if it’s just a 10-minute workout or a long walk.
